Eater of the Dead
Medium: watercolor and colored pencils
Eater of the dead was a piece commissioned by Hing Kei of her character, the eater of the dead. The entire concept is so cool it makes me flail and go "HOW AWESOME IS THIS?" Basically she eats the dead. Like a snake, opens her mouth and swallows them whole. She dosn't have legs, she rolls around on this enormous belly full of dead people and is propelled by their flailing inside her. The entire piece is watercolor, with the exception of her skin and hair. That was done in colored pencil. the piece is roughly ten inches wide by twenty inches long, and was made available as limited edition prints.
